A paraprofessional at Frontier Elementary has the primary responsibility to assist the teachers and ensure student learning of the content standards for each area of instruction for which they are responsible. The paraprofessional shall hold students accountable for high standards of academics and character while maintaining open, ongoing communications with teachers and administrators.
